Where can I find Sneaker Support?

We’re located in all Capital stores with the exception of Festival Mall.

How long does it take to get my shoes fresh and clean?

We can get most shoes cleaned between within 5 days. Depending on the level of grime, it may take a bit more TLC.

We’ll let you know sooner by text if your shoes are available for collection.

For Rush orders, shoes brought to the store before 11 AM will be brought back in 3 days. This is only applicable for Basic and Deep cleaning treatments and limited to knits  and mesh materials.

How do I know which cleaning plan is best for my sneaks?

If you’re unsure, either stop by Capital and a sales associate can assist.  Alternatively, use the Cleaning Assessment button and upload a photo of your shoes.

A senior technician will do a visual assessment and revert back.

What are you guarantees?

We can’t guarantee it’ll be good as ‘new’, but we will try our best. At Sneaker Support, want to make sure your experience is a positive one. If you’re not satisfied with your clean and fresh sneakers, we will do it again. No questions asked!

Do you do shoe restorations, repainting, etc?

Our focus at Sneaker Support is use the best cleaning products and industry know-how to get your shoes as clean and fresh.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery service?

Presently we do not. It’s in the works and will let you know.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use the best products to clean, care, and protect your sneakers. Based on the material and level of dirt, the cleaning tech will eco-friendly solutions from Clyde.
